Self defense seminar with John Whitman!

Krav Maga and Fitness of Arkansas will be hosting John Whitman, 4th degree black belt in Krav Maga and co-authoer of Complete Krav Maga and Krav Maga for Beginners. The seminars will be held in 3 modules - Friday night at 6:30 will be Third party protection. Saturday morning at 9am will be carjacking and Saturday afternoon at 1pm will be High risk gun and knife scenarios. First class in new location - Monday, Nov. 30th!

Just a reminder that the first class in our new location is this Monday, Nov. 30th. The location is 1205 B, S. University at the corner of 12th and University. Thanks to everyone who helped us move today!

Krav Maga and Fitness of Arkansas is moving!!!

Yes, we are moving locations to allow for more room for growth and to allow greater training experiences! The new location is in the 12th and University retail center at 1205 University in Little Rock. This location is easily accessible and much more visible from the road. Additionally, this is a 4900 square foot facility that is a step up from our current location. The first class will be held at the new facility on Monday, Nov. 30th. Bring as many of your friends as you can and check out our new home!

John Whitman seminar has been rescheduled

The John Whitman seminar that was previously cancelled in October has now been rescheduled for Jan. 29th and 30th. Look for registration info to be posted soon!
